We believe there is no such thing as tone-deaf children. Some people just didn't have an early opportunity to listen to music, enjoy singing, or experiment with different sounds that magically turn into the sounds of music.

In our musical program, we encourage children to sing simple songs or just simple phrases, communicate by singing instead of talking, make rhythmical moves, and experiment with music-making through the use of objects like pots, pans, or other cooking utensils.

During play hours, we offer group and individual music activities, both planned and spontaneous. Some kids may just feel like dancing or singing. We will encourage them to continue by offering them a musical instrument or a scarf to dance with.

In addition to our daily music games and activities once a week, we have a class with a music teacher who plays the guitar and brings lots of fun and joy into our playroom.
